Job brief
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project Manager will support and coordinate all
aspects of the RPA delivery project and program. The ideal candidate will have an
understanding and appreciation of business processes, IT skills, business thinking and client
focus. S/he should be open to collaborating and leveraging our global network, working
together, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.

– Project Management support and coordination
– Analysis, tracking and maintenance
– Monitor, track and maintain project plans and timelines
– Communicate the timelines to everyone in the team timely and track the progress against
the timelines
– Manage and monitor change request process
– Monitor, track and manage actual vs budgeted spends
– Management reporting including creation and rolling out of dashboards
– Monitoring resource allocations and utilizations
– Ensure all the documentation is maintained appropriately and updated timely
– Capture and record key notes/ action items and follow-up effectively for closure
– Collaboration with key stakeholders and teams for successful execution and completion of
work streams
– Analyzing and understanding the business processes to provide best possible technical
– Identifying and communicating the technical software requirements for the technical
– Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and
– Analyses processes, and identify opportunities
– Recommends project approach/strategy
– Works with Operations/ Customer SME to create compelling Business Case including
savings as well as implementation and run costs estimate

Job Requirements
– Good understanding of Project management principles and execution
– Good understanding and working knowledge of RPA tools
– Good written skills with the ability to clearly document designs
– Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical
– A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new
business processes.
– The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring
– Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
– Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level
– Should be able to directly interact with key stakeholders, team members and understand
business context, problem statement and should be recommend possible options with smart
and effective technical solutions
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their
own or as part of a team.
