Job Description :
● Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
● Creating and processing invoices.
● Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices
and payments at various stages of execution
● Communicating with clients/vendors regarding billing and payments
● Client /Vendor Management.
● Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
● Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
● Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account
● Manage all accounting transactions.
● Must have knowledge & experience on statutory compliances.
● preparing transaction tax (sales/use, business & occupation, gross
receipts, and property tax etc) returns for monthly, quarterly and annual
● Assisting with the reconciliation of transaction tax general ledger
● Must have knowledge of ROC.
● Must have work experience on ERP.
● Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing
balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
